Join us in Atlanta, GA, “Gateway to the South” and home of “Gone with the Wind” from June 7-9, 2010 for the 7th Corn Utilization and Technology Conference hosted by the National Corn Growers Association.
Our theme for this year’s conference, “Corn: America’s Renewable Resource”, is reflective of our growers ability to continue to produce record yields of corn on fewer acres. Our program has been expanded to include more presentations on an increasing number of current topics related to corn such as land use issues and greenhouse gas emissions, aquifers, water quality and usage in corn agriculture, life cycle analyses of new technologies and plenary sessions addressing these issues. The program is well rounded with additional sessions on wet and dry milling processes, biocatalysts, gene transformation technology, health and nutrition, unique specialty corns, new products and revenue streams.
The international complement of our audience continues to increase and to join those from the agricultural industries, academia, NGOs and government laboratories to reaffirm that CUTC remains the premier corn technical conference for growers, scientists and agribusiness leaders.
Review the technical posters and visit the many exhibitors who will be show casing their new technologies and equipment. Meet and network with a diverse audience of individuals all of whom share a common interest in sustaining corn as America’s renewable resource.
Opening keynote welcome and reception begins at 5:30 p.m. on June 7, 2010 immediately followed by the Grand Opening of Exhibitors and Posters.
The host hotel is the Atlanta Hilton. Information on hotel reservations will be listed in the coming months. Links to sites of interest are already posted. There’s still time to submit a poster for the 2010 CUTC. Deadline has been extended to March 31, 2010
The 2010 Conference will be held in downtown Atlanta at the newly renovated Atlanta Hilton Hotel.
